The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced that vocational assistance spending limits will increase by 6.26% to match an increase in the state’s average weekly wage.
The professional spending limit for vocational assistance training will increase to $24,384 from $22,947, effective July 1. The adjustment is necessary because the limits are tied to the average wage paid to workers in Oregon, which increased to $1,325.24 from $1,247.13.
