Avizent Buys La.-based F.A. Richard and Associates

Avizent announced Tuesday the acquisition of F.A. Richard and Associates (FARA), a national third-party administrator based in Mandeville, La.With the acquisition, Avizent said it will become the third-largest independently owned TPA in the industry.
