The South Carolina Court of Appeals overturned a denial of permanent total disability benefits that had been based entirely upon a finding that the injured worker lacked credibility. Case: Clark v. Philips Electronics, No. 5809, 03/10/2021, published. Facts: Lamar Clark worked for Philips Electronics. He hurt his back while at work in July 2011.
