The Montana Department of Labor and Industry is holding a public hearing July 19 to consider adopting new mediation rules.
The department said the proposal is part of ongoing efforts to periodically review rules and the governor’s “Red Tape Relief” initiative to eliminate excessive, outdated or unnecessary regulations.
