Arch Ins. Names new Leader

Arch Insurance Group, a global reinsurance carrier, has appointed a new leader for its foreign casualty and government contract insurance operations. Shane McCaffrey will become Arch's newest senior vice president and will be tasked with running the company's Defense Base Act and foreign casualty business, according to a Wednesday press release.
