Dr. Kevin T. Do, of Pasadena, agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and one count of submitting a false tax return. Online records for the U.S. District Court for Central California indicate he is scheduled to enter the guilty plea at a hearing Jan. 3.
