Doc Pleads Guilty to Writing SIBTF Reports After Suspension

A doctor agreed to plead guilty to fraud charges for writing medical-legal reports for Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund applicants after he was suspended from California's workers' compensation system. Dr. Kevin T. Do, of Pasadena, agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and one count of submitting a false tax return.
