Injured Worker Sues Hobby Lobby after PI Attempts GPS Tracking

An injured worker has sued Hobby Lobby after the craft-store giant allegedly had him followed by private investigators who tried to put a GPS tracking device on his car, according to Courthouse News Service. Neil Roberts filed suit on Monday in Oklahoma County Court against Hobby Lobby Stores and RKJ Investigations. Roberts’ suit claims that he injured his lower back and spine while unloading trucks for Hobby Lobby and filed a workers’ compensation claim.
