AIA Taps Senate Majority Leader Advisor for Federal Affairs

The American Insurance Association said Tuesday it has appointed a staffer for U.S. Senate Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy as vice president for federal affairs, effective Sept. 8. AIA hired Wesley R. McClelland for the position. McClelland now serves as senior policy advisor for McCarthy, a California Republican.
