Applied Underwriters Announces Acquisition of Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance

Risk services firm Applied Underwriters announced Tuesday that North American Casualty Co. has acquired Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Co., according to a news release. The deal became effective after the Oklahoma Insurance Department approved the acquisition, according to the news release.
