The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) reports Missouri's workers' compensation system continues to improve, but faces challenges because of continuing increases in medical costs and court challenges to the 2005 reform bill.
NCCI posted its report on Missouri's system Friday, after holding a state advisory meeting last week.
NCCI has filed a rate decrease of 10.1% overall for Missouri, effective Jan. 1.
