Loews Corporation Elects Walter Harris to Director

Loews Corporation (NYSE:LTR) reported Tuesday that Walter L. Harris had been elected a director of Loews. Mr. Harris is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tanenbaum-Harber Co., Inc., a risk management and insurance brokerage firm. Mr. Harris had served as a director of the Company's CNA Financial Corporation subsidiary, from which position he resigned prior to becoming a member of Loews's Board of Directors.
