A.J. Gallagher Purchases Marine Brokerage in Seattle

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced Wednesday the acquisition of Fishermans Insurance Services of Seattle and its affiliate, FIS Insurance Services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1984, FIS Marine is a full-service marine insurance broker offering all forms of risk management, marine and property/casualty insurance products and services to their Pacific Northwest clients, Arthur J.
