Stockton WCAB Court Has Acting Presiding Judge

David Bovett was recently named acting presiding judge at the Stockton Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, replacing Bert Cohen who retired on March 1. Cohen was named 2006 judge of the year by the California Bar Workers' Compensation Section. Though he retired from the Division of Workers' Compensation, he continues to work part time at the Stockton court and is helping out at the Sacramento court.
