Vargas Sponsors Garamendi Plan Part 2 in CA Assembly

Calling it California's best hope for a comprehensive solution to the workers' compensation crisis, Assemblyman Juan Vargas (D-San Diego), and California Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi announced on Wednesday another workers' compensation reform bill, ABX4 15.
