StrataCare, a bill review software company, announced on Monday the release of a new software tool, PathWays, to assist clients with exception management.
PathWays was designed as a supplement to StrataCare's existing rules engine software with the goal of providing clients with as much customization as possible. Clients will now be able to create their own compound rules for routing held bills (exceptions) based on criteria specific to their business, including those based on current procedural code (CPT), geographic region and any reduction type.
