N.J. Chiro Charged with Auto Insurance Fraud

A New Jersey chiropractor was charged with conspiracy and health care claims fraud in a $19,000 automobile insurance Personal Injury Protection scheme, state Attorney General Zulima Farber said in a press release Thursday. Eugene Williams, 69, of Newark, was charged with conspiracy and health-care claims fraud, both in the second degree.
