May 25, 2023 - Chicago, IL - Rising Medical Solutions recently announced that two seasoned ancillary services professionals have joined the company, strengthening the company's Marketplace offering for national ancillary solutions.
Carolyn Tsourakis and Kelsey Murphy, both formerly operations leaders at ancillary service provider CentralComp, bring significant experience delivering durable medical equipment, diagnostic, physical therapy, prosthetic, hearing aid, home health, transportation, and translation services to the insurer, third party administer, and employer markets. Tsourakis joins Rising as Ancillary Medical Services Manager and Murphy joins as Ancillary Medical Services Program Analyst.
Sharing Rising's commitment to compassionate and proactive customer service, the veteran team is well-versed in achieving optimal outcomes for both payers and patients. Says Tsourakis, "We previously worked with Rising as an ancillary partner and quickly identified similar philosophies on company culture, customer support, and metrics-driven performance. So, we knew Rising would be a great place for us to thrive and continue providing clients with an exceptional experience."
With these additions, Rising bolsters its VISION Marketplace strategy. The company's VISION Marketplace allows customers to make referrals to best-in-class ancillary partners and providers, from a single platform, with a single integration. These referrals can be directed to a customer's preferred ancillary partner(s), or they can take advantage of Rising's "best match" algorithms that locate the most suitable partner based on proximity, speed of care, quality of care, network status, and price. Overall, Rising's VISION platform provides customers with a one-stop hub for administering all managed care services and ancillary referrals throughout a patient's healthcare journey, including technology-driven workflows to efficiently schedule patients for services and keep claims professionals and nurse case managers informed.
"Combining Carolyn's and Kelsey's ancillary expertise and relationships with our digital marketplace solution further expands our nationwide reach and care access," says Rising CEO Jason Beans. "This talented team also deepens our capacity to deliver end-to-end medical management value to customers across an entire spectrum of services, and we are thrilled to have them onboard."
