The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting comments on proposed rules that would allow it to decide on the forms needed to submit a settlement agreement for approval.
The proposed changes would eliminate the requirement that compromise settlement agreements be submitted in four parts on carbonless paper or with carbon paper left intact.
