New NCCI Tool Drills Down Into Comp Data

The National Council on Compensation Insurance has unveiled a new tool called an interactive class tree map to allow customers to view workers’ compensation data at the classification level. According to NCCI, the tree map allows users to see the impact of the most recent recession and other trends using aggregate payroll data for more than 500 national classifications. The tree map also shows changes in several actuarial measures by individual class as well as across groups of classes.
