The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited United Parcel Service for safety hazards found at its processing and distribution center in Secaucus, N.J.OSHA conducted an inspection of the center in March, following a safety complaint and has proposed $45,500 in fines. Inspectors issued a citation for one repeat violation for blocked exit routes.
