BBSI Back in Compliance With Nasdaq Requirements

Barrett Business Services Inc. is back in compliance with Nasdaq listing standards, the company announced on Monday. BBSI had been out of compliance with Nasdaq’s listing standards for failing to timely file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission its 10-Q report for quarters ending Sept. 30, 2015, and March 31, 2016, as well as its 10-K annual report for 2015. In May, the company requested a hearing before a Nasdaq panel, a move that stayed any suspension or delisting action by Nasdaq until June 1.
