DWC Expects Smooth Transition as Formulary Deadline Approaches

Doctors should be discussing with payers whether workers injured before the start of the year should continue using drugs that aren’t exempted from utilization review under California’s new prescription drug formulary, according to a Division of Workers’ Compensation spokesman.
