The California Division of Workers' Compensation posted a reminder that the annual report of inventory for claims reported during calendar year 2025 is due April 1.
The mandatory annual report tells the division the number of claims reported at each adjusting location for the preceding calendar year.
Claims administrators must complete the report even if no claims were reported in the prior year. Unless the division has waived the requirement, each adjusting location must submit a report.
