Workers' Comp Officials to Conduct Program on Mediation

The use of mediation in workers’ compensation claims will be the subject of a day-long program on Sept. 26 as part of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions, or IAIABC, annual conference in Portland, Maine. The program is offered in partnership with the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary, or NAWCJ.
