Carriers, Patients Seek to Delay Pacific Hospital Restitution

A group of patients who had surgeries performed at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, and a separate group of carriers who paid for the procedures, say they weren’t properly notified about the process for requesting restitution and that a federal court shouldn’t award any money during a hearing Friday.
