The West Virginia Supreme Court upheld the denial of a cake decorator’s claim for carpal tunnel syndrome. Case: Moore v. Wal-Mart Associates Inc., No. 21-0948, 09/14/2023, published. Facts: Robin Moore worked for Wal-Mart Associates Inc. as a cake decorator. In November 2014, she sought treatment at an urgent care facility, reporting tingling in her wrists and thumb.
