Facts: Robin Moore worked for Wal-Mart Associates Inc. as a cake decorator. In November 2014, she sought treatment at an urgent care facility, reporting tingling in her wrists and thumb. Moore was diagnosed with possible carpal tunnel syndrome and referred for nerve conduction testing.
