Assembly Passes Bill to Exempt UR Time From TD Cap, Expand PTSD Presumption

The California Assembly passed bills that would exempt time spent disputing medical treatment issues from the aggregate cap on temporary disability benefits as well as a measure to create a post-traumatic stress disorder presumption for nurses at state hospitals.
