The West Virginia Industrial Council is scheduled to vote Thursday on whether to remove Rebecca Roush, chief administrative law judge in the Workers' Compensation Office of Judges, based on accusations that she displayed hostile conduct toward employees and behaved unprofessionally with others.
The hearing comes after Insurance Commissioner Allan McVey suspended Roush without pay on Dec. 22.
