OSHA Urges Nonprofits to Apply for $4.6 Million in Safety Training Funds

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on Monday that it has set aside $4.6 million in grant money to help nonprofit organizations develop workplace safety materials and training programs. OSHA awards Susan Harwood Training Grant Program funds every year to help nonprofit organizations develop programs for small businesses and their employees, high-risk industries, at-risk workers and workers with poor English skills.
