Riverside Chiropractor Accused of Participating in Capping Scheme

The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against a chiropractor accused of paying for patient referrals as part of a widespread capping scheme being prosecuted in courts throughout Southern California. Prosecutors on Thursday filed a 47-count complaint accusing Riverside chiropractor Curtis W. Montgomery of paying illegal referral fees to Providence Scheduling.
