Amerisafe's Executive Chairman to Retire

Amerisafe Inc. has announced that the company’s executive chairman, C. Allen Bradley, will retire effective April 22. The Amerisafe board has appointed Jared Morris as chairman of the board effective upon Bradley’s retirement. Morris has been an Amerisafe director since 2005 and is now lead director and chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Bradley joined the company in 1994 and served as CEO from 2003 through 2015. He led Amerisafe in its initial public offering in 2005.
