Report Compares Workers' Comp Laws Across the U.S.

A new report that details the differences among workers’ compensation laws in the 50 states and certain Canadian provinces is now available for purchase. The report, which looks at workers’ compensation laws as of Jan. 1, was produced by the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions, and the Workers Compensation Research Institute.
