Andrew Gibbs Appointed Chairman and COO of AmTrust International

Andrew Gibbs will join AmTrust Financial Services Inc. as chairman and chief operating officer of subsidiary AmTrust International Insurance Ltd., the company announced on Friday.  Gibbs was the director of insurance supervision at the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Effective Sept. 6, he will assume responsibilities for AmTrust International Insurance Ltd.'s operations in Bermuda and also serve as a senior executive, providing strategic advice for the company's European subsidiaries.
