Alternative Service Concepts Appoints Chief Operations Officer

Alternative Service Concepts, a third-party administrator, has appointed Pam Finch as chief operations officer. Finch will be responsible for overseeing all claim operations throughout the country, the Nashville, Tennessee-based company said in a press release.   Prior to her appointment effective Jan. 1, Finch held various positions for nearly 14 years at Alternative Service Concepts, including claim supervisor, claim manager and assistant vice president.
