The Montana Department of Labor and Industry is holding a hearing Sept. 9 on proposed rules that would eliminate a requirement that medical records be submitted concurrently with joint petitions seeking to reopen medical benefits. The revised rules would state that parties do not need to submit medical records if they agree that medical benefits should remain open.
