The Mississippi Supreme Court last week suspended a veteran attorney from the practice of law after she was publicly censured by the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Kathleen L. Caldwell earned her Mississippi law license in 1983. She is also licensed to practice in Tennessee, where she lives. Caldwell has a long history of disciplinary matters in both states.
