Massive Premium Rebate Program Starting to Raise Questions

The Ohio Board of Workers' Compensation is set to vote Thursday on another rebate for employers, this one the largest in 20 years. If the board approves the $1.5 billion rebate on premiums, the checks could be in the mail by July.
