Governor Vetoes Formulary Bill, Offers Executive Action Instead

Gov. Tom Wolf on Friday vetoed SB 936, also known as the formulary bill, just hours before it would have become law. For two years, the bill has been the front line in the battle between insurance interests and claimants attorneys over the cost of workers' compensation benefits.
