The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that Mark Liotta offered to resign as chairman two months early.
Liotta’s appointment as a commissioner will expire Aug. 25. On Tuesday, the commission announced that he resigned as chairman, effective immediately, and will continue serving out the remainder of his term as commissioner.
The commission’s statement did not include an explanation for Liotta’s early departure.
