NCCI Appoints Former Vermont Insurance Commissioner as Regulatory Chief

The National Council on Compensation Insurance has appointed the former Vermont banking and insurance commissioner as its chief regulatory services officer, effective Sept. 19. Susan Donegan will succeed Helen Westervelt, who announced her retirement earlier this year, NCCI said in a press release. Westervelt will stay on through the end of September to ensure a smooth transition, NCCI said.
