Oasis Outsourcing, a privately held Professional Employer Organization based in West Palm Beach, Florida, has acquired Doherty Employer Services, a Minneapolis-based PEO.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Oasis now serves almost 6,000 clients and 200,000 worksite employees nationwide, the company said in a news release on Monday. Oasis President and CEO Mark Perlberg said strategic acquisitions are a key part of the company’s growth strategy. The Doherty acquisition will expand the company’s Midwest presence, he said.
