A federal appellate court has again ruled that a contractor was immune from civil liability for injuries suffered by an employee of a crane company it hired.

Facts: In August 2020, SAC Wireless LLC was the general contractor on a project installing and removing antennas on a cellphone tower. SAC contracted with Maxim Crane Works LP to provide equipment and employees.
