An investigation by the North Carolina Insurance Department resulted in the arrest Thursday of an agricultural contractor for allegedly forging certificates of workers' compensation and liability insurance.
James Quinn, 52 of Hampstead, North Carolina, is charged with one count of obtaining property by false pretense, the department said in a press release.
