DWC Seeks Input on Informal Draft of Lifetime Income Benefits Rules

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is seeking public comment on informal draft amendments to its rules governing lifetime income benefits. The DWC said the amendments are necessary to implement House Bill 2468, which was enacted earlier this year.
