System Users Seek More Clarity in Copy Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers' Compensation could improve its proposed copy service fee schedule rules by defining terms and providing more clarity, according to comments from system users. Earlier in August, the division posted to its online forum proposed regulations that would increase the payment for professional photocopy services by about 16%.
