OSHA Targets Poultry-Processing Facilities

Managers at poultry-processing facilities sometimes discipline workers for taking bathroom breaks, a federal health official wrote on the Department of Labor's blog Friday. David Michaels' post described hazardous conditions in the poultry-processing industry and federal attempts to intervene.
