Employers Holdings Promotes Stephen Festa to COO

Employers Holdings Inc. has appointed Stephen V. Festa as executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective Aug. 25.  Festa currently serves as senior vice president and chief claims officer, a position he has held with Employers since 2004.
