Alliant Hires new First VP and Construction Services Leader

Alliant Insurance Services, a specialty brokerage, has named a new first vice president as well as a senior vice president to lead its Construction Services Group. Rick Shamis, who has more than 30 years working with construction firms to provide property and casualty insurance and risk management services, will take on the position of senior vice president, according to a Monday press release.
