City May Reduce Worker's PPD Award After Paying Wages in Lieu of TTD

A narrowly divided Oklahoma Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that a self-insured municipal employer was entitled to reduce its payment of benefits to an employee to account for the full wages it had been paying. Kelli Braitsch injured her right arm while working as a police officer for the City of Tulsa.
