Electrician Entitled to Summary Judgment on Labor Law Claim Based on Fall from Scaffold

A New York appellate court ruled that an electrician who fell from a scaffold should have been granted summary judgment on his Labor Law claim against the subcontractor who had furnished the scaffold for use.
